TGIF Playlist

TGIF commute playlist

Today’s post is going to be pretty short and sweet but I had the urge to make and share a playlist with y’all today and here it is! I hope you all have an awesome weekend and you enjoy the playlist. I tried to make it a good mix of happy songs that you can listen to on your way home from work/class/your internship.

I have been polling my Instagram and Twitter accounts and asking for questions because I decided I’ll be filming a Q&A video sometime this week (make sure you’re subbed to my YouTube channel!) I’m answering any questions you have about speech-pathology grad school. You can comment on this post, send me an email, or submit your Q’s in this Google form! I’m actually really excited about all the questions I’ve been receiving and I can’t wait to make this video.

Also, if you didn’t know, I have a separate Instagram where I share grad school/SLP related photos. If you’re interested in following you can do so at @speechwithkayla.

I’m finishing up an assignment right now and enjoying a ~chill day~ at home. Tomorrow morning I’m volunteering at a stuttering workshop some of the second year grad students are running for their capstone project. Oh, and I have to watch OU beat OSU tomorrow afternoon too. I’m also hoping that I’ll get to see the new Thor movie this weekend with Ryan! We haven’t been to the movies in THREE months. I feel like that might be a record for us, tbh. Leave me a comment and let me know what your plans are for this weekend!

Mikayla!!!!!! You legit just made me tear up. THANK YOU! That means so much to me. All I wanted from this blog was to be able to reach girls like me and help them through whatever they’re going through. So it makes me sososo happy that you said that!

I saw Thor today with my mom and sister and I really liked it! But I may be bias because I’m in love with Tom Hiddleston. It was a little cliche and little bit of a filler movie, but it was nice to not have 10,000 things going on at once like in the Avenger movies.

I thought it was really (unexpectedly) funny!!! The guy made of rocks had me cracking up. Ryan and I go to see all the Marvel movies but we realized when we were there that we didn’t end up seeing the Doctor Strange movie so now we have to add that to our list!
