Merry Christmas everyone! This year I was really excited to participate in the Blogger Secret Santa hosted by Abigail and Cathleen! I had a blast shopping for Abigail, my Secret Santa pal. I’m so excited she loved the gifts I sent. You can check out her post and see the gifts I ended up purchasing for her!
My Secret Santa was Gabby from The Swirl and I was SO excited when I found out my package was from her. I pretty much screamed when the box arrived and I saw her name on the return address. I ended up filming a video of my reaction to each of the gifts because I know I love seeing people’s reactions so I wanted Gabby to be able to see that I really, truly loved everything! Now, let’s get into the loot.
The first thing I opened was the card because I’m a good person and I actually low key love cards. Gabby wrote me a really sweet note inside that I’ll definitely be keeping forever in my “box of cards”! I laughed when I saw the card because she had featured it on her Instagram a few days prior and I thought it was so funny.
Gabby also sent me a few beauty products that I can’t wait to try! I’ve tried a lot of face masks this year but I haven’t tried the YesTo brand which is one I’ve been eyeing recently. I’m also really excited about these gingerbread bath bombs. I need to start taking baths more often!
These cards are perfect because I’ve actually been looking at getting a set to just have around for when I need to write a Thank You note! I adore the other patterns as well, they’re so pretty! Can’t go wrong with gold foil.
If you know me, you already know how hype I am about this peppermint hot cocoa. I’m a hot chocolate QUEEN and I can’t wait to try this!
I had been eyeing this Anthropologie mug for a few months now (partially because EVERYONE has it and it’s so pretty) and was SO EXCITED when I realized Gabby got me one. I officially feel like a blogger now.
Also really excited about these chocolates. I love peppermint anything and the fact that these have the word “brownie” in them make them 10x more appealing tbh.
And finally, I got these Staedtler pens that I actually have NEVER tried. I’ve been wanting a small pack of them for about a year now honestly so I could test them out and see if they’re actually as good as people have said they are. And let me tell ya, they’re pretty dang awesome. As you can see, one of them has already found a place in my backpack where it will be staying until next semester!
Gabby, thank you so much for all of these gifts. I can tell you took a lot of time to pick them out for me and I’m so grateful. So happy to have found a friend like you through the blogging community!
Be sure to follow Gabby!
I hope you all are having a wonderful Christmas full of love and laughter. This month, I invited you all to hashtag your pictures with #KaylaBlogsHoliday so we could all come together and share what Christmas looks like to us! These were my favorites. Thanks to everyone who participated!
