March Rewind

March 16 Rewind

So we’re almost 10 days into April but I finally got around to writing a March rewind post! Not too much happened in March, it was basically spent waiting for my 21st birthday (more on that in the April rewind so stay tuned!). The only thing that happened in March that is worth talking about is Easter! My family and I went to church Sunday morning and we had dinner at my Nana’s house that night. I really love when everyone gets together for dinner!

The Best Study Method to Boost Your Productivity (Sincerely, Stephanie) — I’m always looking for new and improved ways to boost my productivity. Stephanie talks about the Pomodoro Technique in this post on her blog!

Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies (The Swirl) — HOLY YUM. These cookies look (and taste) delicious. If you’re looking for a fun new cookie recipe to try, Hannah has this perfect one for you!

Transition Month Essentials (Seashells + Sparkles) — Rachel talks about her transition month essentials and I couldn’t agree more that they are perfect for those months where you’re not so sure what to wear. I’m on the hunt for the perfect motto jacket now!

6 Things to Thank Your College Friends For (Blissful Gal) — This post from Amanda is a great reminder to tell your college friends you love them & appreciate them!

The Best Podcasts for Creatives (Breakfast at Lilly’s) — Jenny shares her favorite podcasts in this post and I think they all sound amazing! I’ve been trying to get into podcasts (I still have yet to start… but I will eventually!) and this list is going to be where I start.

You by Caroline Kepnes — I’m so excited to have started & finished this book in March! I read a whole lot while I was on spring break and I just couldn’t put this one down! This is nothing like anything I’ve ever read but I enjoyed it SO much. If you’re looking for a book that’s a little out there and might make you uncomfortable, I challenge you to pick this one up. I definitely wasn’t disappointed!

    • Thanks Cristina! I’m glad you enjoyed both the post and my drunken snapchats haha.

  • I love this post idea. I really enjoy reading what other people find on the web.

    • Thanks Elana! Hope you found one of those links interesting :)

  • I’m glad March was such a success for you. That book looks scary but intriguing!

    • Thanks Jordyn! It was definitely out of my normal genre but I ended up really liking it.

  • It looks like it was a good month! That breakfast looked amazing!

  • Dana Brillante-Peller

March sounds like it was very fulfilling for you! That book sounds great, but how “uncomfortable” does it make you feel? I am not good with scary books (I’m a wimp) LOL

    • I get scared easily too! I don’t know if I’d call the book “scary” but it was told through the eyes of a stalker. It was disturbing in that sense but I didn’t lose any sleep over it! You should check it out, just read the first chapter and see how you like it!

  • I love your rewind- seriously, getting to see that breakfast you shared on IG has me drooling all over again!

  • What a cool idea for a post; not only do you get to share some of your favorite links around the web, but it’s also an easy way to intertwine old articles! Love it!
