5 Romantic Reads for Valentine’s Day

Romantic Reads Valentines Day

I don’t care what anyone else says, I love Valentine’s Day. I’ve always been a (hopeless) romantic and I don’t see that changing anytime soon! I’ve been gobbling up love story after love story since I was little and I find that books involving a romance are the books I end up enjoying the most!

I’ve teamed up with a few bloggers to share my top 5 “romantic” reads in the spirit of Valentine’s Day. These books aren’t categorized under “romance” necessarily but the love story is definitely there and it’s definitely perfect! Since this type of genre is my favorite, be sure to let me know your favorites in the comments. I’m always looking for new books!

Eleanor & Park by Rainbow Rowell

Eleanor and Park

I’ve definitely mentioned how much I love this book in the past. It’s such a great story and I cried like a baby at the ending. Pick this up if you’re looking for a story about adolescent romance with a hint of forbidden love.

Me Before You by Jojo Moyes

Me Before You

I KNOW you’ve seen the trailer floating around. The movie is coming out soon and it’s going to be amazing so why not do what practically all book nerds recommend and read the book before you see the movie? This book is absolutely perfect in every way. Just make sure you stay away from spoilers! Read this if you’re in the mood for a love story that’s all about putting yourself before others.

A Little Something Different by Sandy Hall

a little something different

This book was super cute and told from 14 different view points! Pick this book up if you’re looking for a quick, lighthearted read that will leave a smile on your face!

November 9 by Colleen Hoover

november 9

This is Colleen’s most recent book and it definitely doesn’t disappoint! Pick this up if you’re looking for a love story that withstands a lot of unexpected obstacles and tests of time.

Every Day by David Levithan

Every Day

One of my favorite books! If you’re looking for something different I highly recommend you pick this up. I have read it twice now and both times it didn’t disappoint!
