It’s been a while since I’ve shared some of my favorite music here on the blog. Music is such an integral part of my day. I listen to it whenever I have a free moment, and it’s also key component of whether I feel good or bad about a workout. I feel so much more motivated to go to the gym when I have a good playlist of songs to listen to while I’m there. A good workout playlist should pump you up and make you feel like you can do anything! Finish Ticket opened for Twenty One Pilots when I saw them a few weeks ago and I have immediately become obsessed with them. This song is great and I love when it comes on while I’m at the gym!

Two words: girl power. This song makes me feel like I could probably do anything on my own #missindependent. Perfect mentality to have while at the gym!
