I can’t believe today is the last day of August. Honestly. Where did the time go?! This month brought a lot of changes because I left my internship in Pittsburgh and moved back to Philly into a new apartment! I’m still adjusting to life without my boo (sad face) and I miss him a lot every day!
My apartment is within walking distance of campus (about 2 blocks away) but it is in an area that isn’t as popular for students to live. I share the apartment with 2 other girls and we all have our own rooms! This is a luxury that I haven’t had at college before this year. I seriously love having my own space!
Classes began last week and I’ve been trying really hard to get into the swing of things and also keep my fall semester goals in mind. This has been a really rough transition and I’m worried that I’m already falling behind!
Like last month, I’m going to share with you some favorite Instagram photos as well as the posts I’ve published this month (in case you need a refresher or missed something interesting!)
Added another notebook to my growing collection! I have yet to write in this one but I think soon I’m going to turn it into a journal!
I was so excited to have won this ring in a giveaway! I pretty much never win anything so I was very happy.

I’ll have to check that out! We’ve spent some time apart before (I didn’t see him for 3 months during my freshman year of college) but it’s always hard to go from seeing him every day to not seeing him for months at a time! Luckily, he’s not that far right now so I’ll get to see him at least once a month.
I was in a LDR for two years! We’re still together and now finally living in the same town! It gets easier I promise. You both should download the app “Couple” it did wonders for my relationship!
I downloaded “Couple” when my boyfriend had to go to Chicago for work for 3 months and it was awesome. The “thumb kisses” were my favorite part, as corny as they were! I can’t wait until he doesn’t have to travel anymore.
